The minimum stay is 3 nights if it includes any night in July or August, and 2 nights at other times.
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel at least 7 days but less than 14 days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival and no-shows are not refundable. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5-10 working days. The quote shows an indicative estimate of €2 per person per night, for up to 5 nights, counting nights from 1 April to 31 October under article 4 of the 2025 council rules for short-term rentals.
